Help light up River Park Wonderland! Businesses and organizations decorate a Christmas tree or an open space along the river, and the lighted tree trail is on display for the entire month of December. Your form goes straight to the City of Pleasanton’s Civic Center.
Application deadline: Friday, November 20, 2026.
Levels
- Level 1, $30: one Christmas tree
- Level 2, $45: a 10 x 10 open decorating space (SOLD OUT)
Pay in person at the Pleasanton Civic Center or by phone at (830) 569-5904, by cash, card(4% fee applies) or check payable to The City of Pleasanton.
Tree requirements
- Your business or organization provides the tree and all decorations. The City of Pleasanton provides an individual sign.
- Trees must be artificial and at least 6 feet tall.
- Use outdoor ornaments that suit windy conditions and won’t easily blow away, please use zipties to secure all ornaments. LED lights only. No inflatable decorations please.
- Decorating days: Monday, November 30 to Wednesday, December 2, at The Pleasanton River Park.
- Remove all trees and decorations between January 4 and 7, 2027. Please plan ahead to ensure everything is taken down between these dates.
- The City of Pleasanton may ask you to remove any decorations that are deemed not appropriate or family friendly.
