How River Park Wonderland works
- Reserve one or more tree spots with the form below.
- The event team confirms your spot and sends decorating days, guidelines and any fees.
- Decorate your tree with your own theme. Weatherproof decorations work best by the river.
- Your organization or family name is displayed with your tree for everyone to see.
- Keep your display family-friendly, and take it down on the scheduled removal date.
Deadline: Friday, November 20, 2026. Spots are limited and are confirmed in the order requests are approved.
Sponsors: a River Park Wonderland tree spot is included with the Jingle Bell package ($1,000) and above. Sponsors receive their tree spot through the Pleasanton Civic Center.
