Bring your holiday goods to Merry on Main! Food trucks, food vendors, retail vendors and informational booths can apply below. Your application goes straight to the City of Pleasanton’s Civic Center.
Applications must be submitted by Monday, November 16, 2026. No exceptions. This is a rain or shine event, and there are no refunds if a vendor cancels for any reason.
Fees
- 10×10 retail or food booth: $50
- Food truck spot: $95
- 10×10 non-profit or informational booth: $35
- City retail/food vendor permit: $124, in addition to the vendor fee (not needed for informational booths that sell nothing)
- Electricity: $20 extra
Once your application has been approved, you will be contacted with instructions on obtaining your permit through MGO.
After you receive your permit, please email a copy to [email protected].
Once your permit has been received, the Pleasanton Civic Center will contact you regarding payment for your vendor spot.
Payment can be made:

- Accepted payment methods: Cash, card (a 4% processing fee will be added), or check payable to The City of Pleasanton.
Good to know
- Include a full description of the items you will sell. Only items listed on your application may be sold.
- The City may limit the number of vendors and the items sold. Applying is not a guarantee you will be chosen to be a vendor: the event committee reviews every application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Vendors must stay for the entire event.
- Food vendors must bring their own fire extinguisher (Class A-B-C and K), hold all required food permits, and follow the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER).
- Food trucks must bring their own generator; electricity is not provided to food trucks. Trucks and trailers must give the exact space needed, including the hitch and any setup space.
- Retail and food vendors need 100′ extension cords with power strips. If you request electricity, list every item that needs power. Power depends on overall capacity and is not guaranteed.
- Nothing may be attached to fencing. No generators under the pavilion, no music at booths, and do not block service panels. Going beyond your rented space adds charges.
